Factory Clear for Hatteland monitors.
1 Power on the monitor
Press and hold the MENU key (5sec.) to access menu.
Enter 321 for access if you need.
Select setup and press Right Arrow Key
Load Default and press Right Arrow Key
Select factory default and press Right Arrow Key
+ to confirm
2 Enter main menu again
Select setup and press Right Arrow Key
Select OSD settings and press Right Arrow Key
Enter Full menu
Enter 158 to open full menu and press Right Arrow Key
3 Press left arrow to go one step back in the menu.
Select Load default and press Right Arrow Key
Then enter DDC Setup and press Right Arrow Key
Finaly select Deafault DDC and press Right Arrow Key
4 Power off the monitor.
5. Power off the TECDIS.
Disconnect the 220V AC for 10 min.
6. Reconnect pwr. And pwr on.
7. Pwr on TECDIS and try to set it up for dual screen.
